Nails Inc Sweets Way and Pudding Lane
When I first saw swatches of the Nails Inc Sprinkles collection, I knew I had to get them. There are four shades in the collection. I tried to be good and ordered only two – Sweets Way and Pudding Lane. After trying them, I caved in and ordered the other two, which are on their way to me now! Very excited about that!
This is a collection of a finish sometimes described as creamy glitter, and which produce a look like a glitter jelly sandwich.
I swatched two coats of Sweets Way on my index and middle fingers. On the ring and little fingers, I applied two coats of Pudding Lane.
I love the image of the cupcake on the cap of the bottle! The polish is like the sprinkles on the cream icing of a cupcake!
A closer look at each of the two shades.
Sweets Way has a sheer creamy white jelly base with glitter in silver, light blue, and light pink. Sure, there’s still VNL with two coats, but doesn’t it look like yummy soft ice cream with rainbow sprinkles?
Pudding Lane has a pretty light blue jelly base. The shade is almost turquoise, or at least the blue-toned turquoise. The glitter in this is gold and navy blue. Under the creamy base, the glitter appears more subdued and less in-your-face. Very nice!
I like both Sweets Way and Pudding Lane a lot, although I have to say I like Sweets Way a teeny little bit more. The colour combo is just so sweet and pretty!
One more photo, just because.
I bought these two from feelunique.com. The last I looked, Pudding Lane was out-of-stock. If you want to get them and don’t have access to them in a brick-and-mortar store, you may want to keep checking back on this site.
Now I can’t wait for the other two to get here!
