China Glaze United [BCA United Collection]

When I first saw the promotional pictures of the China Glaze United collection for breast cancer awareness, I wasn’t too intrigued. A bunch of sheer pinks just isn’t quite my thing in general. Anyway, when I went to what is now my usual source for China Glaze to pick up some of the Wicked and Bohemian shades, I saw the seller’s swatches on a nail wheel and United, one of the two glitters, caught my eye.

United is a glitter in the same vein as the two from the On Safari collection. It is composed of small glitter in a couple of colours and has lots of small holographic glitter. In United, the glitter is is in rose gold and a darker brownish-pink shades. The holo glitter confused me for a while. Indoors, it looked more like multi-coloured glitter. Under stronger light, however, it just sparkled!

The glitter is pretty dense and it was easy to apply. I used two coats with no top coat for my swatch.

I don’t know when the collection will be available internationally though. For those in Singapore, there are sellers and blogshops that have this collection already.
