Drive – the Movie

This is my first post about a movie. I have not been going to the movies much this year. Before I watched Drive (that Ryan Gosling movie), I believe the last movie I watch was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 2)!

When I first read the synopsis of Drive, it did not strike me as a must-watch. At least, it didn’t particularly sound like a genre up my alley. Still, it did star the high-profile Ryan Gosling and sweet Carey Mulligan. Add to that the fact that I finally have some extended time off from work, I agreed to watch this movie when my friend asked.

After watching the movie, however, I am totally amazed by it! After all, it has something for everyone (well, maybe not children because it did get very violent and bloody in the second half.), but, more importantly, it is a darn good movie!
